“Die 42mm ‘L2’ Uhr von Maurice de Mauriac ist für Taucher optimiert. Das DLC-beschichtete Edelstahlgehäuse ist mit einem Heliumablassventil ausgestattet, um die interne Stromquelle ETA 28.24-2 auch bei 30 bar unter der Wasseroberfläche zu schützen. Auf der Rückseite dieses in der Schweiz hergestellten Stückes ist ein Seelöwe eingraviert – eine passende Anpassung an das Maskottchen der Stadt Zürich, den Löwen.”

In extremen Tauchsituationen dringen Heliumatome in die Uhr ein. Bei der Dekompression können diese dazu führen, dass das Uhrenglas abgesprengt wird. Das Druckventil verhindert das, indem der Überdruck über das Ventil entweichen kann und man daher mit unsere L2 Uhren bis zu 300 Meter tief tauchen kann. L2 Rückseite
Eine Uhr wie ein Löwe, ein Seelöwe. Welches Tier ist möglichst nah am Menschen und für gekonntes, tiefes Tauchen bekannt? Der Seelöwe. Er ziert die Rückseite der L2 und steht mit seiner Wendigkeit, Eleganz und auf die Funktion unter Wasser abgestimmten Natur, für eine Taucheruhr, wie kein anderes Wesen, das Evolutionsgeschichtlich so nah am Menschen steht. Das der Löwe das Wahrzeichen Zürichs ist, der Stadt, die diese Uhr mit prägt, macht den Seelöwen als Symbol für die L2 von Maurice de Mauriac zwingend. DLC Beschichtung
Eine Uhr mit DLC-Beschichtung (Diamond-Like-Carbon) besticht durch seine wunderschöne grau/schwarze Farbe. DLC macht Edelstahl und Titan extrem abrieb- und kratzfest. Die in einem hochmodernen Vakuumverfahren aufgetragenen Kohlenstoffschichten sind zudem auch hoch antiallergen. L2 Je dunkler desto heller
Superluminova ist ein Phosphoreszenzleuchtstoff und frei von radioaktiven Zusatzstoffen. Superluminova ist hundert mal heller als andere inaktive Leuchtpigmente. Wenn die Leuchtpigmente durch Tages- oder Kunstlicht angeregt wurden, geben sie im Dunkeln die aufgenommene Lichtenergie über mehrere Stunden wieder ab. Das verleiht der Uhr eine extrem gute Lesbarkeit auch im Dunklen. 1

We were looking for a long time for a replacement for our old Landy, which unfortunately was no longer fit enough for the wild everyday life of watch lovers in Zurich...:-) He had this & that… and at some point we didn’t want to torture him anymore.
If you love the old Landrovers, you will eventually come to the INEOS Grenadier. The worthy successor to the original Landrovers. At first we were a bit strange. But once you have sat in this car, you are spoiled for other cars.
With him we can drive everything to our events and even the smallest watch boutiques he moves through the city and Switzerland as if they were nothing. And now we come to the quality and the mechanics – typical for watch souls: terrific!
He will now be embellished a bit and then he will drive through Zurich, bringing watches, hollowing watches, Totoro will stick his nose out of the window and it is often like in the old days, when Daniel drove through the city, many waved, conversations arose, watch fascination that jumped like sparks from one to the other. We did it! We were part of the SÄCHSILÜÜTE 2025! ⛄️💥 We can say that we are very attached to Zurich. It is our home. Zurich is the heart of our brand. Zurich is both an inspiration and a challenge.
With the Sächsilüüte, however, we have come even closer to Zurich. Not only did we create the official Sächsilüüte watch together with the ZZZ. We were also invited by Urs Bucher to walk with the @zunft_zu_wiedikon . An incredibly intense experience. 🌈💐🌸
We look back on the Sächsilüüte with our arms full of flowers and our hearts full of emotion. Thank you to everyone who experienced this day with us.
