Racquet präsentiert seine vierte Uhr, die Rallymaster IV, eine vom Tennissport inspirierte Armbanduhr, die in Zusammenarbeit mit uns entwickelt wurde. Das all Black Design zelebriert den Tennis-Lifestyle auf und neben dem Platz.
Das Design der Uhr stammt von Carlton DeWoody, einem Designer, der vor allem für seine Innenarchitektur bekannt ist, und ist von den einzigartigen grafischen Zifferblättern der 60er und 70er Jahre inspiriert. Für diese Partnerschaft schlossen sich Racquet und Maurice de Mauriac mit DeWoody zusammen, dessen Leidenschaft für den Tennissport und seine profunde Kenntnis von Vintage-Uhren ihn zu einem idealen Kooperationspartner machten.

Rallymaster IV – Glasboden
Das Logo von Racquet in Blau ist von innen auf den Glasboden aufgebracht worden und somit immer absolut brillant sichtbar – ohne das es sich abnutzen könnte. Um das Logo herum gibt das Verdunkelte Saphirglas den Blick auf das pulsierende Kaliber frei. Man hat das Gefühl, die Seele des mechanischen Automatikwerkes sehen und fühlen zu können. Das Gehäuse ist 12mm hoch und das Glas ist mit einer Datumslupe versehen. Die Krone lässt sich gut greifen und präzise drehen, damit das Stellen der Uhr mit großer Leichtigkeit möglich ist. Die Wasserdichtigkeit beträgt 10 ATM. Das bedeutet, die Uhren können z.B. beim Händewaschen, bei Regen, beim Abwaschen und Duschen, beim Autowaschen, beim Skisport, Trekking und natürlich Tauchen getragen werden. Die Uhrenbox enthält einen speziell angefertigten schwarzen Tennisball sowie zwei zweiteilig dehnbare Nato-Armbänder, beide mit Schnellverschluss. Rallymaster IV – PVD Beschichtung
Die PVD-Beschichtung (Physical Vapour Deposition) erhöht die Härte von 316-L Edelstahl oder Titan. Die Oberfläche wird besonders glatt und die Oberflächenstruktur bleibt länger erhalten. Bei der Bedampfung des Materials werden Ionen-Teilchen des Ursprungsmaterials durch „andersfarbige“ ersetzt. Es entsteht eine schöne tiefe Schwärze. Rallymaster IV – Je dunkler desto heller
Superluminova ist ein Phosphoreszenzleuchtstoff und frei von radioaktiven Zusatzstoffen. Superluminova ist hundert mal heller als andere inaktive Leuchtpigmente. Wenn die Leuchtpigmente durch Tages- oder Kunstlicht angeregt wurden, geben sie im Dunkeln die aufgenommene Lichtenergie über mehrere Stunden wieder ab.
